Exchange
Policy
Digital
Actuarial Resources will replace items free of charge only if they are damaged
during shipping. We will send the customer a new product that matches the
item initially ordered. Please note that we will not refund money; we will
only send you a new, undamaged item. To obtain an exchange, the customer
must contact our customer service department within 14 days of the original
purchase.
The
exchange policy does not cover items that are damaged during the customer's use
of the items. The policy also does not cover intentionally damaged
merchandise.

You
must contact the above email address before sending us an item intended for an
exchange. You must also have a receipt from the original purchase.
We can then send you a mailing address that you must ship the item to. We
will also send you instructions about which carrier to use and which shipping
speed. Digital Actuarial Resources will pay for the shipping costs from
the customer back to Digital Actuarial Resources. The maximum shipping
credit per item is $12.00 USD. If you ship the item back to Digital
Actuarial Resources without the company's prior written permission, then Digital
Actuarial Resources will not reimburse you for the shipping.
Digital
Actuarial Resources will send the customer a new product only after the company
has received the original, damaged item. The company will also pay for
shipping a new item to the customer.
